Abstract

The financial condition of hospitals is particularly important to the availability and quality of health
services for patients. Because medical and financial processes in hospitals are complex, solvency and financial
liquidity should be considered even more closely. Cash flow management is a key aspect of hospital financial
management. Although a hospital may operate at a loss for a period, it must cease operations if it runs out of
cash. This research focuses on cash flow management strategies in private hospitals. This study analyses the
methods used to plan, monitor, and optimise cash inflows and outflows to ensure the liquidity and financial
stability of healthcare organizations. The research aims to identify and evaluate effective cash flow manage
ment strategies in healthcare organizations with a view to improving financial sustainability and enhancing
the quality of healthcare services through the more efficient use of financial resources.
