Abstract

Digital transformation has created the need for contin uous innovation. The aim of this paper is to present the factors that guide the adoption of digital wallets among Generation Y and Gen eration Z using the Lamane formula with a sample of 370 respond ents. Participants rated all items on a Likert scale after completing the questionnaire. Using multiple regression analysis (SPSS 21), the paper evaluates the impact of various predictor variables on the use of digital wallets. The contribution of this paper lies in identifying the influential factors that shape the adoption of digital wallets among Generation Y and Generation Z.
