The topic of the research is the impact of the application of total quality strategies in improving the social and environmental dimension in companies. Institutions urgently need guiding specifications to achieve continuous improvement, to ensure their survival and continuity in light of the restrictions imposed by sustainable development. To achieve the optimal use of resources in a sustainable manner, and to activate the social and environmental responsibility, institutions follow comprehensive quality strategy and adopt ISO specifications represented in QM, OHSM System and EMS.
