Faktori uticaja na upotrebu digitalnog novčanika kod generacije Y i generacije Z

Digitalna transformacija stvorila je potrebu za kontinuira nim inovacijama. Cilj rada je da se predstave faktori koji usmeravaju usvajanje digitalnog novčanika u Y i Z generacije pomoću lamane formule sa uzorkom od 370 ispitanika. Učesnici su nakon popune upitnika sve stavke ocenili na Likertovoj skali. Upotrebom višestruke regresione analize (SPSS 21), rad procenjuje uticaj različitih predictor skih varijabli na korišćenje digitalnog novčanika. Doprinos rada leži u identifikovanju uticajnih faktora koji oblikuju usvajanje digitalnog novčanika kod Y i Z generacija.
